This Privacy Policy applies to the “CaptureDive” app for Apple devices (hereinafter “this app”), which was created by the service provider as a free service. This service is provided “as is.”

Screen Capture, Window Capture, and Video Input (macOS Version)
Purpose: Used to transfer and render in 3D to Apple Vision Pro the screen, window, or video feed from a connected HDMI capture device selected by the user.
Handling: This video data is processed and transferred in real time only between the user’s local devices (Mac and Apple Vision Pro) and is never sent to or stored on our servers or any third-party servers.

Camera and Screen Recording Data (macOS Version)
This app requests access to the device’s camera (specifically for identifying the HDMI capture card) and screen recording functionality. This access is used solely to capture video feeds and screens in real time, perform depth estimation, and transmit the data directly to visionOS devices via the local network. This data is processed strictly in-memory and in real time. It is not recorded, saved, or stored anywhere, nor is it transmitted to external servers or shared with third parties.

Access to the Local Network
Purpose: Used to detect and connect a Mac and Apple Vision Pro on the same network, and to stream video data.
Handling: All communication takes place within the local network; no data is leaked externally via the Internet.

About AI (Depth Estimation) Processing
Purpose: Used to generate 3D imagery (depth information) from 2D video.
Handling: All AI processing is performed on the device (on-device/local AI). Video and analysis data are never sent to external cloud servers or similar locations.

Does this app collect real-time location information from your device?
This app does not collect the exact location information of your device.

Can third parties view or use the information collected by this app?
Since this app does not collect information directly, the app itself does not share any information with third parties.

Right to Opt Out
You can easily stop this app from collecting information by uninstalling it. To uninstall, please follow the standard uninstallation procedures available on your device, in the app store, or online.

Security
This app does not collect information directly, but there is a risk of unauthorized access by third parties over the network.
